After a really successful first year, this webinar will showcase the Pixel Financial Benchmarking Service including an outline of the numerous recent updates and improvements.

The service is a dynamic, user-accessible Financial Benchmarking report suite using Microsoft Power BI that enables users to interrogate and easily analyse and compare a vast array of different Government data in one place including

    • Revenue Outturn and RA Budget reports that provide drill-downable financial data for all service types including time series, cost per head, rankings, cost vs Index of Multiple Deprivation scores, scale of spend above or below comparator averages and more
    • Core Spending Power – CSP per head comparators, CSP growth, CSP per head vs Index of Multiple Deprivation comparisons
    • Council Tax – Band D comparisons, Council Tax per head, LCTS claimant data and more
    • NNDR retained growth above the baseline – time series and value per head comparisons
    • Borrowing and Investments – time series and value per head comparisons
    • Reserves - time series and reserves per head comparisons
    • Sales Fees and Charges – time series and SFC per head comparisons by RO service type
    • Children’s Social Care and Ofsted S251 – time series, cost per head comparisons, Ofsted inspection ratings, CLA numbers per 10,000 comparison and more
    • Children’s Social Care workforce – Agency %, turnover, caseloads per Social Worker comparisons and more
    • Adult Social Care and CQC inspections – RO and RA timeseries by ASC service type, cost per head comparisons, cost per head rank, CQC scores and more
