The deadline for responses to the settlement consultation is 14 January - a mere 4 weeks after the settlement itself. Adrian will be running through the key issues that authorities might want to raise in their responses. Each issue will be examined from all angles, so you can choose whether your authority should be arguing for or against a proposal. Dan will provide further detailed analysis of the provisional settlement.
The deadline for the 2026-27 NNDR1 follows shortly afterwards on 31 January 2026. Mark Catlow will briefly discuss the key updates to the form, focussing on pitfalls and links to 2026/27 NDR budgets.
